Effective November 2, 2026 — new purchases only Version: pp-2026-11-02-v1 Effective: November 2, 2026. This version applies only to new purchases that expressly accept it and does not replace terms already accepted by a customer.
1. About your purchase
Three Reasons INC, operating as Leadder ("Leadder", "we" or "us"), provides the service identified in your order. The business identified in your order is the client ("you"). Your order, the applicable product section of this Purchase Policy and the identified Terms of Service set out your purchase. Only the section for the product you buy applies; buying one product does not include another product or its guarantees.
Your order summary identifies your business, selected product and plan, amount due, currency, applicable tax treatment, billing interval and renewal details. Review those details and the linked terms before accepting and paying. Your representative must be authorized to accept for your business. This policy does not replace mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Leadder's address is 1320 Potter Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K4M 1C6, Canada. LeadQuote support, cancellations and refund requests use kd@leadder.io. For Visibility Engine and other packages, use the notice and support email identified in your accepted order.
2. LeadQuote
The following LeadQuote purchase terms apply only to a LeadQuote subscription. Visibility Engine's launch clock, refund formulas, setup charges, human follow-up conditions and other product terms do not apply to LeadQuote.
Who provides LeadQuote
LeadQuote is provided by THREE REASONS INC, trading as Leadder, at 1320 Potter Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K4M 1C6, Canada. For support, cancellation or a refund request, email kd@leadder.io.
LeadQuote is available to businesses in the United States and Canada. Subscription prices are in US dollars (USD). The currency used in your estimates for homeowners is a separate setup choice.
Your service and business
Each subscription covers one business. If you own more than one business, you may make separate purchases for those businesses under the same verified login. Each purchase creates its own business subscription, with its own selected plan, payment, renewal, setup and guarantee records. Buying another business subscription does not combine businesses into one subscription or change an existing subscription. A LeadQuote purchase covers LeadQuote only.
LeadQuote provides a branded HVAC estimate widget for your existing website and a business portal for captured enquiries. Estimates use your approved equipment, options and prices. You remain responsible for confirming the job, final installation scope and final price with the homeowner.
Price-book preparation, widget installation, configured customer quote emails and business lead alerts are included. There is no setup fee, per-lead fee, usage charge or mandatory LeadQuote platform surcharge. Advertising, website traffic generation, a complete website rebuild, geographic exclusivity and homeowner job-payment processing are not included. Text follow-up requires a separately configured customer-management or webhook workflow.
Plans, renewal and founding eligibility
| Plan | Recurring subscription charge | Setup |
|---|---|---|
| Founding four-week | USD $99 every four weeks (28 days) | $0 |
| Founding annual | USD $891 prepaid every 12 calendar months | $0 |
| Regular four-week | USD $149 every four weeks (28 days) | $0 |
| Regular annual | USD $1,341 prepaid every 12 calendar months | $0 |
Your order summary identifies the one plan you are buying. Four-week billing renews every 28 days, not once per calendar month. Annual billing renews every 12 calendar months. Subscriptions renew at the stated amount and interval until cancelled; these are not one-time lifetime purchases.
Your first successful payment must occur before January 1, 2027, at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) America/Toronto to receive a founding rate. First successful payments at or after that instant use regular pricing. Your selected founding rate is retained while your founding subscription continues, including the failed-payment grace and pause described below.
Founding annual billing saves USD $396 compared with thirteen $99 four-week payments over 52 weeks. Regular annual billing saves USD $596 compared with thirteen $149 four-week payments over 52 weeks. This comparison is four payments saved; annual renewal is still every 12 calendar months.
Before you pay, your order summary must show the selected plan, exact USD amount charged today, tax treatment and total, recurring charge, billing interval and next renewal date. These terms do not automatically switch your plan or reprice an existing subscription.
Setup and ongoing prices
We build your price book and install the widget. You complete the onboarding form, supply your business and pricing information, approve the configured prices and provide usable website access through a delegated account or your web person. Do not send account passwords.
We set it up within 48 hours after receiving complete onboarding details, usable site access and approved prices. This means 48 elapsed hours, not business days. Your guarantee clock starts with your first payment and does not wait for installation or activation.
You manage ongoing price-book changes. Leadder can help on request; automatic recurring price maintenance is not promised. We check the configured enquiry destination and widget-host-page tracking during setup.
Day 1–30 Alignment Guarantee
If the first month doesn't feel exactly like what we described, refund under the terms below, same day.
Your first payment’s America/Toronto calendar date is Day 1. The Alignment period runs through the end of calendar Day 30. No traffic or tracking condition is added to this guarantee.
The refund amount depends on your billing plan and follows the calculation below. The phrase “first month” describes this Day 1–30 guarantee window, not a calendar-month subscription charge.
Day 1–90 ROI Guarantee
If the system doesn't pay for itself in 90 days, you get your money back.
For this guarantee, “pays for itself” means more than five unique, genuine homeowner enquiries through the widget in 90 days, meaning six or more. Duplicate enquiries, spam and internal tests do not count. An appointment, booked job or sale is not required. This is a lead-count measure, not a promise of revenue or profit.
Your first payment’s America/Toronto calendar date is Day 1, and the ROI period runs through the end of calendar Day 90. To qualify, the actual page hosting your widget must have at least 100 tracked page views in each of three consecutive 30-day periods beginning at your first-payment instant. Unique visitors, traffic on other pages or one combined 300-view total do not replace that requirement.
We install and check tracking during setup; verified existing analytics may also be used. Verifiable page-view records are required. Missing tracking does not qualify for the ROI Guarantee.
The three traffic windows are exact elapsed periods, separate from calendar guarantee dates and subscription billing periods. If the final traffic window is incomplete when we receive your ROI request, we keep the request pending for that evidence and preserve its original request timestamp. This does not introduce a new claim deadline or automatic denial. The refund amount follows the calculation below.
How an approved guarantee refund is calculated
Four-week plan: the refund covers the actual payment for the 28-day billing period containing your original request timestamp, capped at the payment’s remaining refundable amount. Earlier billing-period payments are not added together.
Annual plan: we deduct only fully completed service-calendar months from the annual payment, measured from your payment in America/Toronto. Each completed month is one-twelfth of the annual charge: USD $74.25 on the $891 plan or USD $111.75 on the $1,341 plan. We refund the whole current partial service month and the unused remainder, capped at the payment’s remaining refundable amount. We do not deduct daily use for the current partial month.
For example, before any previous refund or credit, an approved request after one fully completed service month returns $816.75 on the founding annual plan or $1,229.25 on the regular annual plan. These amount examples do not independently establish guarantee eligibility.
We use the original request timestamp even if review or processing finishes later. An approved refund is not issued twice. Email kd@leadder.io to request a guarantee refund. Cancellation alone does not request or approve a refund.
Cancellation, returning and refunded subscriptions
Email kd@leadder.io to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately, and access continues through the period you have already paid for. A sales call is not required.
If cancellation is reversed and confirmed before the paid period ends, your prior rate is retained. If you return at or after that period ends, a new subscription uses the then-current price.
A completed approved guarantee refund ends access immediately. You may then buy a new subscription at the then-current price without waiting for the old annual period to end. The new purchase starts a new subscription; it does not reinstate the refunded one.
Billing notices and payment recovery
We email a renewal reminder three days before each actual four-week or annual renewal charge. We send cancellation confirmation immediately after cancellation is recorded.
If a renewal payment fails, we email you immediately and again on day 3 if it remains unresolved. A seven-day grace period retains your access, existing subscription and rate. Repeated attempts for that renewal do not restart the grace period.
If payment remains unresolved when grace ends, access pauses and we send a notice. Your paused account retains its existing price. Payment recovery restores access at that price, including an eligible founding rate. Payment failure or pause is not voluntary cancellation.
The purchase terms and privacy notice are presented with checkout. Your checkout acceptance applies to the displayed terms version and recurring payment summary; no separate document signature is required.
3. Visibility Engine
These terms apply only to Visibility Engine, also marketed as Google Visibility Engine. Your one-page order identifies the client, selected plan, notice and billing contacts, client time zone, and any agreed extras or exceptions. All prices below are USD plus applicable tax.
Included services

- Missed Call Text Back

GBP includes initial optimization and ongoing management. Google provides GBP free; our fees cover management. No Google affiliation is implied. Agreed extras and their prices appear separately in your order.
Price, billing and renewal
| Plan | Subscription | Setup |
|---|---|---|
| Four-week | $299 every 28 days | $500 |
| Annual | $2,392 every 12 calendar months | Waived |
Both plans renew automatically. You authorize the recurring charges for the plan selected in your order. Billing and the service term start at purchase, timestamped on your receipt. Four-week billing is every 28 days, not monthly.
Website hosting is included. SMS, AI and phone usage costs extra on both plans. You pay the provider cost with no Leadder markup. The estimated cost is USD $10–$20 per calendar month. This is a budgeting estimate, not a fixed charge, included credit or spending limit. Actual costs depend on use and may be higher.
You authorize automatic charges to the card saved in your GHL account to add funds to your usage wallet. Before activation, we show you the applicable provider rates, the amount added on each top-up and the balance that triggers a top-up. Your acceptance covers charges under those disclosed settings; separate approval for each top-up is not required. We do not set one universal recharge amount or trigger for all clients. Existing price-change notice protections continue to apply.
Usage is deducted from the wallet as it is incurred. A card charge adds prepaid funds; it is not necessarily the amount used that month. More than one top-up may occur in a month. You can review usage and billing records in GHL or request them from Leadder.
Unused paid funds remain available as Leadder credit for future usage, including after your GHL account closes. We reconcile final usage, keep a separate record of that credit and confirm the balance with you. Closing the GHL account does not erase your Leadder credit. Consumed usage is excluded from subscription guarantee refunds. Mandatory refund rights still apply.
We give at least 30 days' notice before annual renewal. Price changes require at least 30 days' notice, take effect at renewal and allow you to cancel before the new price applies.
Launch and cooperation
We launch within 30 calendar days after required onboarding, access and materials are complete, confirmed in writing. We notify you of client or external blockers; they extend the deadline only by their actual delay. We use reasonable care, implement the agreed services, correct errors and manage access responsibly. You supply accurate business information, access, approvals and lawful data.
If we miss the launch deadline, give written notice and allow 10 business days to fix it. If it remains unresolved, you may cancel for a refund of undelivered services and unearned setup work. The ordinary annual cancellation deductions below do not apply to this remedy.
When the guarantees start
Billing starts when you purchase. Guarantee day 1 is the calendar day after your launch call, in your time zone.
30-day Alignment Guarantee
We must deliver and run the services promised in your order during guarantee days 1–30. This includes the initial work and any ongoing service due in that period. If we do not do what we promised, email your claim by day 30. We issue a full subscription refund that day. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to process it. The ROI revenue, activity and follow-up rules do not apply to this guarantee.
90-day ROI Guarantee
If you meet all the ROI conditions below, compare the confirmed value of jobs booked through Visibility Engine in guarantee days 1–90 with your subscription-cost target. If that job value is lower, email your claim by day 105. We issue an approved refund within five business days after receiving all the records needed to check your claim.
Your target is the subscription fees paid from purchase through guarantee day 90, before tax. Setup and usage charges do not count. For the annual plan, the target is the full USD $2,392.
What the guarantees refund
Both guarantees return all subscription payments made through termination, including the full annual subscription and the tax paid on those subscription payments. We subtract any refund already issued for the same payment. Separately paid setup fees, usage charges and their taxes are excluded. We do not deduct a waived setup fee or use the ordinary annual cancellation formula. The liability cap does not reduce a qualifying guarantee refund. A claim stops renewal. A qualifying refund ends the service.
ROI revenue requirement
Your business must have at least USD $10,000 in pre-tax business revenue in each of the three completed calendar months immediately before the launch call. Each month must meet the minimum. An average or combined total is not enough.
Use consistent CRM, sales or accounting records and the same method of recording revenue for all three months. Do not count sales tax, duplicate entries or refunded revenue. Booked quotes alone do not prove business revenue. This revenue test is separate from the booked-job formula below.
This minimum applies only to the ROI Guarantee. Businesses below it can still buy Visibility Engine and use the Alignment Guarantee. Provide the monthly records when requesting ROI coverage. They are not needed to sign, pay or launch. This condition applies only to new purchases that accept this version; it does not remove coverage under an earlier accepted version.
How we measure jobs and leads
“Pays for itself” means confirmed booked job value, not cash collected or profit. Count confirmed jobs that tracking and client records show came through Visibility Engine during guarantee days 1–90. Exclude cancelled or duplicate jobs, unaccepted quotes and sales tax.
A qualified lead is a genuine enquiry for your services within your service area. Spam and duplicates do not count.
Your baseline and minimum activity
Your baseline is the 90 days immediately before the launch call, ending the calendar day before it. Keep a copy of the baseline data and its sources. Use the same definitions and measurement sources for the baseline and guarantee periods.
For the baseline:
- B = confirmed booked revenue in USD, before tax.
- L = unique qualified leads.
- C = distinct qualified leads that booked a job.
- W = total website visitors.
- G = total GBP interactions.
Monthly averages are each 90-day total divided by three. Use the original, unrounded totals to calculate the ratios. T is the subscription-cost target defined above.
You must meet the monthly revenue requirement and all four of these minimums during guarantee days 1–90:
| Requirement | Minimum |
|---|---|
| Qualified leads | Ceiling(T × L ÷ B): round any fraction up to a whole lead |
| Closing rate | At least C ÷ L |
| Website visitors | At least baseline W |
| GBP interactions | At least baseline G |
For the guarantee period, closing rate means distinct qualified leads that book divided by unique qualified leads. Count each lead once. The rate is 0% if there are no qualified leads. Meeting one requirement does not replace another.
Calculated figures are available on request. You can sign, pay and launch without providing baseline inputs or waiting for the calculations. By accepting the agreement, you accept this formula.
If baseline data is missing, unreliable or cannot support a valid calculation, we must agree a written alternative with you. This includes a zero B or L denominator. Missing data does not create a hidden reason to deny coverage. Later changes to the formula or conditions require your written agreement and cannot remove earlier coverage without it.
Your response and follow-up duties
A human must give a meaningful response to every genuine lead that can be contacted and make a documented call within 24 elapsed hours of receiving it. Keep a call log or similar proof of the human call attempt. An automated call or message does not count.
If the lead does not respond, a human must make five documented follow-up attempts on separate days within 14 days of receiving the lead. Stop when the person books, refuses further contact or opts out. AI replies and automated messages do not count toward these human duties.
These contact duties apply to all genuine leads that can be contacted. Only qualified leads count in the closing-rate calculation. Provide CRM/sales records that show monthly revenue, baseline figures, leads, bookings, responses and follow-ups.
You must meet every ROI condition, subject to the contact exceptions above and mandatory law. Keep the supporting records. Leads received near day 90 can finish their 14-day follow-up period before the day-105 claim deadline. This does not extend the days 1–90 window for counting booked job value.
Ordinary cancellation
Email the notice address in your order. Cancellation and a guarantee refund are distinct remedies; the guarantee terms above control a qualifying guarantee claim.
Four-week plan: cancellation before the next charge stops that charge. Access continues through the paid period. There is no ordinary prorated refund.
Annual plan: cancellation ends service when your request is received. The ordinary refund is the current annual subscription payment minus $299 for every started 28-day period in the current annual term and, only in the initial annual term, the originally waived $500 setup fee. Count periods from the start of the current annual term through the effective cancellation time. Completing the initial annual term earns the setup waiver; it is not deducted in a renewal term.
The minimum refund is zero and there is no extra cancellation bill. The refundable balance can reach zero before the annual term ends. For example, cancellation during the second 28-day period of the initial annual term gives $2,392 − $598 − $500 = $1,294 before applicable tax treatment. These deductions do not apply to qualifying guarantee refunds, our uncured breach or mandatory legal remedies.
Service terms and permissions
The Visibility Engine section of the identified Terms of Service covers AI and review-management authorization, lawful messaging, ownership and handover, breach and suspension, confidentiality, privacy, liability, notices and governing law. Your order expressly accepts those provisions together with this product section. Applicable completed privacy, regional and transfer attachments govern their subject matter and must be supplied before processing.
4. Other packages
For another Leadder package, your order identifies the services, price, billing term, renewal, delivery, cancellation and any express guarantee. The order must identify any additional product terms that apply. The LeadQuote and Visibility Engine schedules do not automatically apply to another package. A package has a guarantee only if its accepted order or identified product terms expressly provide one.
5. Versions and acceptance
This version is pp-2026-11-02-v1, effective November 2, 2026 for new purchases only. Its matching Terms of Service is tos-2026-11-02-v1.
The version presented and accepted for your purchase governs that purchase, together with its identified terms and order. A later website edit does not by itself replace your accepted terms or remove an existing guarantee. Changes follow the change provisions applicable to your product and any mandatory law. We retain the accepted version and provide an accepted copy or a durable link to it with your purchase confirmation.
Before payment, you must be able to review the applicable product terms and order, correct the order details, and affirmatively accept the identified version and recurring-payment summary. LeadQuote uses checkout acceptance without a separate document signature. Visibility Engine and packages using an order form also require acceptance of that form. A footer link makes this policy available; it does not by itself record your acceptance.
